1. The passenger's full name cannot exceed 49 letters. If your middle name is too long, consider removing it or just using the initial. To avoid any security issues, we do not suggest you modify your last name.

2. If your name is made up of special characters such as hyphens or apostrophes, remove them when you enter your name.

3. If the passengers include an infant, the total length of the first adult’s name and the infant‘s name cannot exceed 35 letters. Please delete your middle name first.You can also book adults' tickets first, and contact us to book an infant ticket.

4. If you have the followings:

No first name/No last name/Name contains a suffix/Last name is one letter/last name is too long/First name is too long

Please ensure you call the corresponding airline first prior to making a booking online with jettzy. If you chose to enter your name without contacting the airline prior to booking, you may be responsible to purchase a new ticket, possibly forfeiting the current ticket with the incorrect name. If you are still unsure, please email us along with a copy of your passport.
