I did not receive confirmation emails after payment, how should I do ?
Bookings are normally confirmed immediately after payment. As soon as the transaction is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your trip details. If you can’t find it, remember to check your spam and junk folders, as our emails can end up there.

>Log in our website jettzy.com or jettzy.com, click “Manage Bookings”- Find My booking at top right corner of homepage.
>Sign in on “My bookings “ (with your booking number (which you can find in your confirmation email) and your email address (the one you used to make your booking).
>Choose the itinerary you reqeust to open booking page.
