How to correct my date of birth/nationality after bookings confirmed?

You can correct DOB and nationality of passengers for confirmed bookings in “ My my booking “on our website.


>Log in our website https://jettzy.com.au/ or https://jettzy.co.nz/, click “Manage Bookings”- Find My booking at top right corner of homepage.

>Sign in on “My bookings “ (with your booking number (which you can find in your confirmation email) and your email address (the one you used to make your booking).

>Choose the itinerary you reqeust to open booking page.

>Click the plus sign under “ Booking information and document “ to open drop-down list.

>Click the option “ Passenger date of birth/nationality correction “, choose the passenger and item which needs to be corrected.

>Click “ Submit”, then the correct information will be updated automatically in your booking.


If DOB/nationality information is not updated automatically, don’t worry, our customer support team will assist you via emails.
