How to enter if my name includes special characters?
If your name includes special characters or accents, the reservation system will change it into normal letters. The reason is because the airline reservation system does not accept special characters.
For example: Mr. José Peters is displayed as: PETERS/JOSEMR
In case of an umlaut, the letters will be displayed as follows: Ä, Ö, Ü and so on, will be changed into AE, OE, UE.
If the names are spelled correctly, your e-ticket is valid for travel.
