How do I know that my booking has been confirmed?
Bookings are normally confirmed immediately after payment. As soon as the transaction is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your trip details. If you can’t find it, remember to check your spam and junk folders, as our emails can end up there.

We can’t always confirm/issued a booking immediately. This can be because we’re waiting for confirmation from the provider, or because you added a particular service that needs to be confirmed separately.
In any case, we’ll always send you an email with the progress of your booking request. If necessary, our Customer Care Team will give you a call with an update.
In the unlikely event that we’re not able to confirm your booking request, this is what will happen:
We’ll send you an email explaining why we weren’t able to confirm your booking.
the services you tried to book are no longer available.
your fare changed and we weren’t able to confirm your request at the price you chose.
there was a problem with your payment method.
We’ll then proceed to refund you the entire amount of your booking request to your credit card or bank account depending on your original payment method.
In any case, remember that you can always check the current status of your booking request in the booking details page through the manage booking function of our website.
