My booking was unsuccessful. Now what?
In some cases, a booking may be unsuccessful. This may be due to a malfunction on the site, or because the flight is no longer available. If you do not see confirmation of your reservation on your screen, please check the following:
If you have not received a confirmation email, check your spam filter.
Whether your payment was successful.
If your payment was successful, you will receive an email from us about this and we will do our best to confirm your booking.
If your payment was not successful and you have not received a booking confirmation, then you will need to make a new booking. If you have any doubts, please email us.
